The provisions of the agreement can be tailored to meet the client's requirements and budget.

The standard provisions are: -

(i) All parts and labour costs arising out of breakdown or defect.

(ii) Guaranteed 24-hour response to service calls when necessary.

(iii) Two preventative maintenance visits per annum.

(iv) Provision of ‘on-the-spot’ service loan equipment to keep the system working

effectively at all times.

We can also provide full maintenance and service of systems not installed by ourselves.
